Project Based Fees
The recruitment industry has charged a “percentage of salary” since its outset when fees were based on making a successful appointment. These days Professional services are charged out on a progressive basis across the life of the project. We know what resourcing each Project will require and this ensures that even if the salary package changes through the process, then you aren’t charged more.

We prefer to work with this method, so we offer a “fixed fee” by assignment. That way you know the cost at the outset, can budget for it and there are no surprises when the final invoice arrives. The fee is agreed upon at the beginning and paid progressively at each stage, giving you confidence in the process while we focus fully on getting you the very best outcome.
