Pierre Le Noel
DIRECTOR
Pierre is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of leadership experience, providing him the unique advantage to accurately identify and relate to the needs of his clients. As a result, Pierre is able to implement effective solutions to aid clients in their most important decisions – planning, selecting, and retaining superior executive talent.

Pierre serves as a trusted adviser to senior management of a variety of clients, ranging from family-owned enterprises, middle market, and private equity portfolios. He has successfully conducted searches for them in the sectors of agribusiness, financial services (particularly private equity and trade finance), industry, life sciences and healthcare, and logistics and transportation across New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific.

He is recognized for the long-lasting relationships he forms within every partnership. Pierre leverages his extensive leadership experience and hands-on approach to execute projects and provide impactful solutions. He is passionate about strategically strengthening organizations through effective executive talent acquisition and development.
​
He has also developed a specialist practice area appointing key executives to private sector organizations to provide ownership succession, drive growth, support exit strategies, or revitalize an underperforming business. He has worked successfully with company owners and PE firms in this context.
Pierre established Stanton Chase in Auckland in 2004 having been in the executive recruitment sector since 1995. He has built and managed several successful consulting practices including Stanton Chase NZ. His professional background is in business management, and he has worked in both the corporate and in the SME sectors. He holds a bachelor of arts degree from Auckland University and has pursued graduate studies in business. He is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors and holds several directorships.

Jenny Le Noel
DIRECTOR
Jenny is a Director of Leader Search and was previously a Director of Stanton Chase. Prior to becoming involved in the Executive Recruitment industry, she spent ten years in Consumer Marketing roles in FMCG, and finally as the National Marketing Manager for an Australasian financial services organisation.
​
Jenny has also developed a significant understanding of the New Zealand building products sector and residential construction, having Project Managed for a number of new builds and renovations.
​
In addition to bringing up three sons, she has managed sports teams and undertaken Officer roles in community organisations. She is a keen swimmer and Treasurer of the Devonport Swim Club.
​
Jenny holds a Bachelors of Commerce in Economics and Marketing from the University of Auckland, and has completed Masters level studies in Marketing.
​
Since 2019 Jenny has also owned and directed an early learning organization.

Eustace Lobo
DIRECTOR
Eustace Lobo leads the Financial Services practice for the Auckland office, where he is a Director.
​
Eustace’s direct client work spans the financial services industry, which includes wealth, consumer banking, private banking, brokerage and trading, with additional expertise in general and life insurance.
Eustace’s leadership consulting experience encompasses recruitment, assessment, and development of management teams and various critical functional roles. He has successfully led and executed assignments to search for CEO, functional heads, and other senior roles for various companies.

Eustace’s executive search career in New Zealand and Asia spans more than two decades. Eustace moved to New Zealand with his family in 2003 and is now a Kiwi.
Eustace holds a Bachelor degree of Commerce from the University of Bombay. He is a very active member in his local community and a keen squash player and ardent cricket fan.

Alan Williscroft
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Alan has joined LeaderSearch as a joint Managing Director. He and Pierre Le Noel established Executive Recruiters in 2001 and subsequently Stanton Chase in NZ in 2005. They are now working together again to bring high value recruitment solutions to NZ industry.

Alan is responsible for ensuring a great fit between candidates and companies across a variety of fields including manufacturing, logistics, Industrial services and selected areas of consumer goods. Alan focuses on sales, marketing, operational and accounting appointments from mid-level to senior management.
​
Alan has amassed over 30 years’ experience in delivering Executive Search and Selection solutions including establishing and managing his own successful boutique practice.
​
Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Auckland University and has undertaken graduate studies in business.
